Pedestal fan
Hurricane HGC736545
Best Pedestal fan – Budget – 0 $ to 110 $
The HURRICANE HGC736545 is our Budget pick for buyers who want a pedestal fan that moves plenty of air without making operation complicated. Amazon buyers repeatedly praise its power, easy assembly, sturdy feel, and convenient remote. It suits a bedroom or a larger room when airflow matters more than near-silent running.
Our Budget pick for powerful everyday airflow
We chose the HURRICANE HGC736545 for the Budget range because the buyer feedback is unusually consistent on the things that matter most from a pedestal fan: it moves air effectively, is straightforward to assemble, and the remote lets you change settings without getting up. Buyers describe the fan as powerful even at its first speed, and one says it helped during hot weather. That makes it a practical choice for a bedroom, living room, or another space where cooling reach matters more than silent operation. The important reservation comes from a smaller but meaningful split in buyer feedback: some find it quiet enough or even useful as sleep noise, while others find it noisy. The people who mention this most positively accept the sound as the trade-off for the airflow.
Who it’s for For buyers on a budget who want strong air movement, easy assembly, and remote control, and who can accept that the fan may be audible.

Why this fan fits the budget range
The strongest case comes from the buyers who describe the fan as powerful without making it difficult to use. One verified buyer says even the first of the three speed levels blows very strongly and calls the remote a major convenience at bedtime. Another says it moves a lot of cool air, while another highlights effective air movement and easy assembly. Those comments explain the choice better than a list of specifications: this is a simple floor-standing fan aimed at getting air across a room with little setup.
What buyers like in daily use
Amazon's buyer feedback is especially positive on airflow, efficiency, assembly, and the remote. Buyers say it blows well, pushes a lot of air, and works effectively in larger spaces. They also describe it as easy to assemble and use. The remote is more than an extra in the comments: buyers value being able to switch the fan on or off without leaving bed, and some mention a place to store it. Several buyers also call the fan well made or stable, including one who points to its round base.
